This hotel is in a great location, close enough to walk to many attractions, including Lot 10's indoor food court. It's also easy to access Pudu Sentral bus terminal. the clean rooms and friendly service are top-notch. Guests can enjoy delicious fresh fruit for breakfast, and the homemade waffles are a must-try. the rooms are basic, but surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean. Plus, the hardwood floors add to the cozy feel of the place.
Some guests have reported inconsistent WiFi connection.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The location is excellent, close to everything and very close to the bus terminal. Additionally, the hotel facilities are top-notch and the breakfast is delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Annie and the night shift chap, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling Bukit Bintang area, with its great shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was immaculate and our room was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the free Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The location was great, close to popular spots and easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us good advice and providing maps. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and soap available.
The room was quite small and cramped, it didn't feel like enough space for two people. while there were some positive aspects, the negative ones made it hard to fully enjoy our stay.

Awesome staff who made me feel welcomed with their friendly demeanor and knowledge of the area. the location was central and put me within walking distance of many great attractions. the breakfast was a great perk and actually pretty tasty, definitely better than what I expected.
The room left a lot to be desired. the decor was dated, and the furnishings were in poor condition with stains on the linens.
